Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that life gets in the way sometimes and that cancellations and reschedules need to happen. We kindly ask that you respect our cancellation and refund policy.
TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please click the cancellation link attached to your booking email. This should send an automatic cancellation confirmation and update our system.
TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please get in touch with us by using the contact information in your booking email, or by using the contact form on this website. Any appointments rescheduled more than 2 days in advance are subject to no fees.
FEES

Any appointment cancelled within 2 days of the appointment are required to pay the full amount. Any appointment paid in advance will not be refunded.

Any appointments cancelled between 2 days and 7 days in advance will be entitled to a refund minus a booking fee of £5. Appointments rescheduled during this time are subject to no charges.

Any appointments cancelled more than 7 days in advance are entitled to a full refund.
IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT
Then you will be required to book again through our online bookings system.
IF YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST HAS TO CANCEL
Then we will endeavour to find another appropriate appointment time for you. If this is not possible then you will be entitled to a full refund.
Any refunds required will be managed as soon as possible. Game On Performance and Physiotherapy is a small business with one practitioner - please be patient and we will do our best to organise any refunds or reschedules as soon as we can!
